2. Services Provided

Scrub Hub Laundry offers professional laundry pickup and delivery services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact and payment details.
• You agree to adhere to our pickup and delivery guidelines.
• You are responsible for checking and removing any items from pockets before handing over laundry.

4. Payment & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe).
• Charges are based on the weight and type of laundry processed.
• We charge users after the clothes are weighed and the wash is done. Late/failed payment will give us the right to hold your laundry until payment is completed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds (REVISE)

Customers can cancel their orders as per our Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the status of service completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Scrub Hub Laundry is not liable for damage to items due to pre-existing conditions, material defects, or improper labeling. We are not responsible for lost items unless negligence is proven.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
